We are full time professional Realtors who have been helping Manatee County with their real estate needs since 1988. Kathe was a Broker in Oklahoma before returning to Manatee County in 1987. Kathe and Leland both hold Florida Broker licenses and have earned our advanced GRI designations. We are active participants with the Manatee Association of Realtors and the local Multiple Listing Service.
Our five member team includes Jerry "Craig" Bailey, Buyer Specialist; and Beverly Laraway, Client Coordinator. The team has a total of more than 100 years in Manatee County. All of their children attended the local schools.
The Wallace side of the family originally settled in the County in the 1880s. Do they know the area well...You Bet They Do!
